After 7 days late, there is a $50 late fee everyday until paid.

Yes, you can pay more and have the additional amount taken from your next payment. If you would to apply your payment to the principal you will need to send a check to us with a letter stating you would like this payment to be applied to the principle balance so we can adjust accordingly. Otherwise, payments will be applied to the next term.
